Maverick’s House

This stunning residence is conveniently located within walking distance to all that downtown Dover offers. It features all the rustic charm you’d expect from a house crafted in the 1700s—original hardwood floors throughout, post-and-beam ceilings, six original fireplaces, and delightfully furnished rooms that create a wonderfully relaxing, homey feel.

Maverick’s House features a full kitchen, five bedrooms, one and a half baths, and a relaxing outside patio. At Maverick’s, you’ll enjoy bright, sparkling clean spaces, a beautifully wallpapered entry and stairwell, and an extra-spacious living room with comfortable furnishings designed to foster a warm place for fellowshipping and connecting.

Maverick’s House is our graduation house. When individuals successfully transition to the latter part of their program, they move here to live with more flexibility and assume more responsibilities in a less structured environment that supports their evolving life and recovery.
