Shawn and Leah answered God’s calling to help men and women seeking freedom from alcoholism and addiction by creating The Freemen House—a safe, supportive community for recovery. Shawn reflects, “The homes are an expression of all the work God accomplished in my own recovery journey.”

Their hope is that residents not only achieve sobriety but are also inspired to grow in their faith and embrace the promises of a loving Father. At The Freemen House, the dynamic culture of love, wisdom, and support encourages personal transformation and spiritual growth.

The mission of The Freemen House is to provide structure that fosters freedom, offering residents the opportunity to enrich their lives and build healthy relationships—with God, with others, and with themselves.

Shawn and Leah have been married for over a decade, blessed with two wonderful children, and reside in the greater Dover, NH area.
